Im looking to put a pair of street slammer bars the bigger ones on my fxdc,will i need to change the cables or can i get away with the standard ones?

You should have enough slack inside the frame to cover that bar. The only one that will be close is the brake line.

Looking at pics of the bars and the 7" risers, I'd say you should have plenty of cable length. You may have to bend the brake hardline a bit if yours has one.

Are you going to wire them internally? Makes for a really clean look.

I bought the molex tool for under 10 bucks on e-bay..You can use other stuff you can find in your house....but it really made it a lot easier then I thought it would be

I found this guy's videos very informative. My bike was older and there were no connectors. I had to cut and spice, but the series offered great insight and common sense. There are 5 videos in the series.
