Which Slip Ons
This is a bit of a highjack post, but maybe I can answer you and the OP. If installing just the slip on's with or with out XIED's you will be fine. If you upgrade to Stage 1 A/F you will run extremely lean, hot and will discolor your slip ons, a tuner is needed. I believe on a Dyna when you install slip ons the "cats" will be eliminated and in combination with XIEDS will run cooler and good perf. If you upgrade A/F with out a tuner, you will be going to the negative. Slip ons, XIED's, Stage 1 A/F and a V&H Fuelpak is a good cool down and perf upgrade if you are not going to modify the engine further. XIED's work well with the Fuel pak, but not with most other tuners. The Rush slipons in the 1.75" or 2.0" baffle are plenty loud and about a 3-5% gain.

My indy says he has these at $300 a set shipped to the door. I am thinking about getting a set after Christmas.
Hey, I too was looking into the rush slip-ons but the baloney cut 2.00's I wanted were on backorder at the time. I ended up going with the Python Mamba's that I ordered from motorcycle superstore. I've been running them for over two years now and I am still very pleased when I fire my bike up. I love the look of the Tommy Gun exhaust and wanted to keep the stock headers.
