Ok. I want to move the headlight to the lower triple & lose the headlight cover, but am having a hard time deciding on a headlight.
I was thinking of the dual light, but the seller said it "was about 10" across and 5" high. It is about 4" deep" but he was guessing. I think he's FOS : )
2nd would be the cheapest & easiest but plain jane...
Any other suggestions?
I know I'm getting the top-tree cover from Headwinds so I can just plug my idiot light cluster in there & clean up the "void" left there.
(ps. I know there are other threads on this, but they are old & the pictures are gone)
I drilled my lower tree and put a super glide custom headlight on. They make a cover kit for the upper tree where the top mounted light was at.
Good luck
BigDaddy (lol. I feel weird for typing that) do you have any close ups of the headwinds bracket? I can't even see it on there. (a good thing)
I think I would like my light tucked in between the forks a little more.
I think I'm going to go w/ the original black light I posted above. Looks like the stock headlight & is small enough to fit between the forks.
