Chrome fork tubes
Next project I'm working on is the front end. I'm chroming my triple tree clamps and lower sliders but what are my options for the fork tubes themselves?
I've searched the forum and I didn't find much. I'm worried chroming might make the forks too thick and the fork seal would bind. On the other hand I'm worried polishing would take away too much metal and they would leak.

I had to replace the tubes on my Street Bob (long story and not a good one). Got chrome ones from Drag Specialties. I don't remember what I paid but I do remember that they were very reasonably priced.
