Cool Switchback removeable hardbags

Hey everyone, I just got a new 2013 Switchback a couple of weeks ago and I got a question about the bags, even though I haven't been able to get the bike out of the garage. It's been cold here in Iowa and winter refuses to let go, we're supposed to get another 3" of snow again tonight so the bike continues to hibernate in my garage. Anyways, does anybody know an easy way to get the removeable bags off easily, I've had them off a couple of times but again today I can't seem to get them to budge, I know how to work the locks so that's not the problem, but I have to pull like hell to get them off. Do they really fit that tight on the rubber that they are this hard to get off? Any advice would be great.

After they have been on and off a few times they loosen up a bit. I have also found that you should pay close attention to the ***** when you reinstall the bags. Make sure the ***** pop back out into their "locked" position or the will vibrate open.

If you give the bags short up and down, front to back wiggles they will loosen up.
Ditto om what OkcPuckfan said.
