Default Back on the bike 3 weeks after knee surgery

Got a short ride in this afternoon for the 1st time in 3 weeks due to knee surgery. Did not go far as there is a lot of debris in my area from 2 small tornadoes, if there is such a thing, that hit in and around my neighborhood today.

Great to be back in the saddle and start using bike for work commute tomorrow.

I can't think of better therapy or a better motivator than the love of motorcycling.

Cool, glad you're back in the saddle, getting back on the bike is great therapy! Back in 2007 I had completely severed the quad tendon in my left leg...was in a full leg brace and took months to recover even partial strength, but getting back on my bike as soon as the brace was off helped my attitude and mood more than anything else.

Was your knee replaced or just corrective surgery? I ask because I am going to my orthopedist next week for a preliminary examination.
