Excercise and Riding

Well I learned my lesson twice. I layed down mylast bike and was in pain for a month. I laid down this bike and I was in pain for a few days. I'm going to try to work out more so if these things happen again, I won't feel crippled.

I have not dropped my last two bikes or my current one. Yet. The last time I dropped my bike I was near Kipawa Quebec. The bike only got some minor scratches but I was bruised pretty good. Then I had the eight hour rideback to Chatham. I was hurting by the time I got home.

I suggest working out your forearms, lower back, and abs most. Shoulders and legs may also help.

Well. My last bike I was pulling out at work and tried to avoid a rack and turned the front wheel and slipped on antifreeze. I basically laid the bike on myself and must have either torn some tendons or bruised some ribs. The other day I was pulling out from checking things out at work and spotted a customer that I had the hots for. She is a babe. I stopped suddenly and missed the kick stand and slowly laid the bike down. I'm okay now. Not a scratch on my bike.
