Fuel Filter Replacement - Where does 2 Prong Connector from left side go? IS FIXED
Today I changed the fuel filter, fuel pickup sock and top fuel line on my 2007 FXDC Super Glide Custom. My bike has 32,000 miles on it and would stall at idle every once in a while. As it turned out, my top fuel hose had a hole it it from rubbing against the tank. I replaced the top hose with the Gates submersible hose P/N 27093. The fuel sock (P/N 75254-04A) and fuel filter (P/N 61011-04A) were standard Harley parts for my bike. I also replaced the top plate gasket (P/N 75249-04) and top plate screws (P/N 1331).
I forgot to take a picture of the wiring connectors before I started 3 hours ago. So, I am ready to hook the electrical connectors up and I forgot where the top connector on the harness on the left side of the tank goes. It looks like the fuel pump connector but I cannot find where the top end of it gets plugged in. This is a two wire, two prong connector I am just about ready to button the job up and I'm at a standstill with this.
Thanks,
Richard

Thanks YNOTS. Problem fixed. The big thick wiring harness in the right front of the gas tank, which connects to the bottom of the top plate, has a two prong connector coming out of it - this is where the two prong connector from the fuel pump connects. The answer was right in front of my face but I didn't see it until I looked at my parts catalog and service catalog.
