I bought an extended headlight trim ring and cant figure out how this thing goes on. I bought it off ebay which was probably the first mistake. If i take the old one off and put this one on the headlight is just loose and nothing holds it tight. And i tried to put it on over my stock one and that doesnt work either. Any ideas? I will sell cheap if anyone is interested hahaha. Thanks

What brand?

My hd one has a screw and lock nut on the bottom of the trim ring

 

Not sure what brand it is. It has the slots where the screw and nut go but it just doesnt fit. Its too wide and doesnt hold the lens in place
