Default Gauntlet Fairing Mounted!
I received the fork clamps today and got it mounted up. I really like the looks of it and it has some adjustment available for up down and tilt forward/back. I only got a short ride in as I just had back surgery, so I've not had a chance to really tell the impact on wind blast yet. I plasti-dipped it before install to match up with the denim paint better.

nice those just bolt onto 49mm dynas? i thoguth they were only made for harley 48s


did you have to modify it at all? like move the headlamp ? or just bolt it straight on

The clamps were custom made for me by Memphis Shades, it was a straight bolt on, using the custom clamps with the Harley 48 fairing and brackets. The complete Dyna 49mm kit will be available as a 2014 product. I was told it should be released in the next couple of weeks as the clamps were in production. If you happen to be going to Sturgis, I believe Steve (From Memphis Shades) will be there and could give you an update on the production status. It will also be listed for Dyna's on their website when production is ready for sale.

its a sick fairing, like a more newer hd fairing!, bmcsteve rocks one on the sportster section always liked the looks of them!

maybe more pics???? head on with no light on

I've liked that fairing since I first saw it. Suprised it wasnt made for Dyna the same time as the sporties.


Can't beat the price either!

Had a chance to go for a short ride. It seems to make for a cleaner air bubble around my head and take a lot of the blast off my chest.

After installing it on the 49mm, how hard do you think it would be to mock something up for a 39mm front end for say an 04/05?

The plugs are where the brackets mount to the fairing. It is similar to their batwing fairing where one shell can use different brackets to fit different bikes
