One of two outcomes. He volunteers and pays to fix or you take him to court.

Bend the lever straight and move on with your day. It's just a bike. The scuffs add character.

It is just a bike...you can fix the bike with a few bucks...a good friend cannot be paid for and a true friendship cannot be fixed with a few bucks...or destroyed because of a few bucks.

If he is not a friend, make him pay for the repairs, if he is a friend, accept his apology and offer to pay and let it go and move on...I am sure he learned his lesson.

As far as the permission thing goes, the bike is mine, I give permission...my wife's *** belongs to her and she can do whatever she wants with it...

He would of **** if it fell on him. Maybe brake the fall some.
I would ask him to help pay and see where that goes.
I had a guy sit on mine without asking at work, he was a little retarded to do that.
I put a cover on it.

It takes ***** to sit on someone bike. Shows No RESPECT. It's like having a friend grab yer Ol Lady's ***. Not acceptable. I assume you have pointed the errors of his ways out and there will not be another incident. Let him pay for his foolishness.

You guys are lucky you don't live in Central America, where it's costumary for people at H-D rallies to sit on every bike and pose for pictures and whatnot...you'd be genuinely apalled.

I agree with Skinman13 and 203Cree, it's just a bike. Just let the guy pay for whatever he damaged and that's that.

I believe the old quote says "When in Rome, Do as the Romans". BUT, when your are in MY GARAGE and I'm not around. Stay the F&*@ off my bike, or prepare to meet Mr Mayhem! (SOA reference LOL).
