another tuner question
The DynoJet Power Vision is a good tuner. If you buy if from Fuel Moto, you can tell them your setup and they will send if to you with one of their maps on it ready to go. Just plug it in and, press a few buttons and you are done. You can always come back later and tweak it if you change your setup.
just for info, I ran the xieds with the fuelpak on a 2008 dyna with Rinehart exhaust and S&S stealth air cleaner, for a year, was the best the bike has run to date. if I change things again I will go back to that system. changed tuners to get rid of all the extra connections and lost performance, but gained gas mileage, depends on what you want
Well I don't really care a whole lot about fuel mileage, I'd rather have more power. Power vision sounds like it's more plug n play than I thought. Xieds sound good but don't know why I would want to tune it and then richen that tune? I do live in Houston so running cooler is a big plus. I'm back to square one, confused and not sure which tuner to go with.
Power vision gives more versatility for the future that part is sure, plus it's probably the only tuner you don't hear problems about. You can operate it without a PC but also plug it into one for more customized options.
I use the FP3 since it worked well for my situation and am happy with it.
Regarding your O2 Sensor, since it's a new bike shouldn't you bring it in to the dealer and get it fixed? If it came that way you know it would be a warranty repair. If only slightly stripped they could easily chase the threads (or one would think).

The new D&D pipe came with plugs, or bolts in the bungs. When removing them, the front one came out kinda hard and some of the threads were stripped. I did use a thread chaser on it and it fixed it up enough that the o2 sensor went in ok with some wd 40 on the threads. Not ideal and I'd hate to mess with it if I don't have to. I should a sent the pipe back but I'm the kinda person that'll deal with it cause I'm too excited about getting a new pipe lol.
I need something I don't have to plug into a computer and stuff. I don't have time or patience for that lol. I'm also not real tuner savy so I would like something simple. I will stay stage 1 for quite a while and don't know that I'll ever go stage 2 honestly but it's possible. Im not looking to squeeze every single hp out of my setup. If i can get it great but im not willing to spend hours tuning and downloading constantly searching for the perfect tune. I need to run my intake and exhaust setup safely and ill take all the hp that comes with it. And do they all come with 02 sensors? Reason I ask is because my front bung is kinda stripped. It came that way but I worked the stock sensor in there and don't know what it'll be like removing get it. Had my eye on the fp3 from fuel moto but now I don't see it on the site as an option. Opinions? Thanks guys.
I come from an automotive background so i understand the concept of tuning just haven't spent much time messing with it, and never on a bike. With my current job I just don't have the time to dive into it and learn it enough to feel comfortable.

The easiest to deal with are on two opposite ends of the spectrum.
The FL-XiED-10 is 5 minutes to install and will make the bike run stronger, accelerate smoother and run cooler. It basically un-does what HD had to do at the factory for EPA reasons and thousands are happy with it on their stock and Stage 1 bikes.
The Power Vision Package is a full fledged Tuner, but is Very Easy to use. It comes with auto-tune and will create a new tune as you ride it. Might take 15 minutes to install and then you ride. After you ride take 2 minutes to activate the new tune that was generated during your ride.
Ah hell, after reading that post and the link it looks like I'll be forking out the dough for the power vision. Thank you very much for the info, it made it very easy to decide which route I'll go. That link should be a sticky somewhere also.

Feel free to call or write with any questions.
