FXR fairing

Brand new FXR fairing and bracket. Thought I was gonna get this to fit my 21 low rider s but was a no go. $1400 shipped on your dime.

So the fairing will not fit? Is that a 7 inch cutout for light? Speakers installed? How tall is the windshield from the top of the headlight? Who made the fairing? Thanks.
