Looking to go to the V&H Big radius 2 into 2 so I'm selling my Thunderheader, cheap. I've had this since I bought the bike in 2005. 8K miles on her. No heat shields because I always kept it wrapped with header wrap. No wrap on it now. Has O2 bungs. Whoever buys it will probably want to re-finish it either by chroming it or sandingblasting and finishing it with high-temp paint. Great headers and will get the job done. With some TLC you can have these looking new. One picture shows scratches on the bottom from bottoming out. Not visible when installed unless you're looking underneath the bike and not visible at all it you wrap the headers like I did. Usually what I would do is just sand and paint, using VHT black paint, and do the end part that is not covered by the wrap. I would just wrap the rest and call it a day. I have the mounting bracket but not the middle bracket. I ended up never using it since it used the wrap and with the clap over the wrap it would fray the wrap. Never had a problem not using it.
