Well I wanted to share my experience and hope it helps someone else...
I installed a pair of 14" BRcustom bars that have two sharp 90 degree corners.
After I got her together she seemed fine until the 4th time I took her out and then my speedo looked like a pinball machine on tilt... Check Engine Light... ABS light... red electrical error
once I got home I opened my FP3 app and HOLY Sh-- There were more codes than I could shake a stick at...
Anyhow the culprit turned out to be the left side control connector!
I must have tweeted something in it when I pulled it through the bars...
I found the connectors online and purchased the crimping tool and was able to swap the connector and all is working well... For now
