Started having a delay prior to turning over. DVM showed 12.3v at rest and would drop below 9v at crank. When running would be proper at 14.2v. Rolled the dice on a X-rated unit via Amazon. Good again, no hesitation and fires right up. Much cheaper than HD and supposed to be made at same plant as Deka and Big Crank and Hd
