Default Charger says green

Installed new battery late last summer. On charger for winter. Have also on battery terminal pigtail for battery charger and heated gear but have always had that. Go to start battery, not enough juice to crank but have lights. Battery depletes quickly.

Changed chargers, got green, same thing. Connections look tight. Maybe I need to take apart and reinstall but I dont get the new battery , green to go thing.

Any ideas? Thank you.

what kind of battery ? i would say the new battery is junk, no amps. in it. a certain % of everything produced is faulty. just bad luck ? pull the battery and have it load tested.
