At first, I thought it was my fob as I was getting the lights flashing when I turned the ignition on. Changed the batteries and nothing. Thought it might be the battery. So, I had the old one tested and it showed to be bad. Replaced it and STILL nothing!!! Not even a crank and I'm still getting flashing lights as if my find aren't in range. WTF?!!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

Do you know your passcode? If so use the passcode and see if you can start it. If you can then you may need to just have the bike learn the fobs again, there should be instructions in the manual.

 

Unfortunately, I don't know the code as I bought the bike at auction. It doesn't help that every video I've followed on YouTube isn't working either.

 

could be a relay..I had similar problem a few weeks ago on my FXR.

 

How much did that cost you or did you do it yourself?

 

The relay would prevent the bike from starting but the flashing is the security system, the security system disables the relay. Take the bike to a dealership, they may be able to reset the PIN and setup your FOB's.
