Default TSSM, Code 34

Hi all,
I have a 2001 Heritage Classic and when I turn on the ignition the 4 ways flash six times and nothing happens when pressing the start switch. All lights, instruments, signals and horn works. TSSM is throwing a code of 34. All wiring from the starter relay port checks out good. Starter relay and starter are good. Key FOB has a new battery and communicates with system and can arm/disarm. Power and ground at TSSM is good. Any suggestions?

TSSM Code 34 (starter output high):
Starter relay and coil are grounded via TSSM when disarmed and ignition on.
This code means the ground is from someplace else...short/hot wired..etc.
Starter relay could be bad (voltage present on pin 9)(Tn/Gn) when not starting engine.

Thanks for the info. I have seen this and based on all of the testing I have done I can't figure out what is causing it.
