FLHTCU wont start

FLHTCU wont start
I have new battery, new FOB battery, tightened starter/battery cables. I can turn on the key, lights/radio/security lights alternate back and forth but starter button does nothing! No click, nothing. Changed out the brake relay with the starter relay(they are both the same numbers)...nothing! Any ideas other than taking it to the dealer. I live in Sebring, Fl and there are no dealers within 100 miles. Thanks

I know on my bike I sometimes have to retrain my bike to see the fobs, I do not know about the new bikes because my alarm does not auto arm.

Got it fixed
Had to reset alarm! Turned ignition to ing, held both turn signals at same until code came up, then clicked to all "00000" and bam...started up! Taking battery off sets alarm to armed as default!
