No. But if you look on harley website for their screaming eagle or whatever starter, you will now what it isn't. They probably sell the next size up as an upgrade. Not sure how compression releases have effected this.

Harley does list the 31619-06a as a 1.4 kw starter which is 15% over the stock OEM starter.. So I'm assuming the stock 310618-06a is 1.2kw.. Can anyone confirm that and did anyone try the later 31619-06a and have any feedback?
