Hi. I have a 2012 Harley flhx streetglide. Changed my handlebars with wiring inside bars and changed all signals to leds. Now I have no signals or no brake lights. However, the signals will flash when alarm goes on or off. Had 4 diagnostic codes about signals . 2 went away after cleared. 2 stayed. Hooked load equalizer up and the other 2 codes went away. Nothing changed, still no signals or brake lights but still flash if alarm goes on or off.
So im wondering if its a pinched wire or bad ground would that still allow lights to flash when alarm works ? Or.....?
not sure what I did or if I didn't notice but running lights are on and when I hit front brake it actually gets dimmer?

You mixed something up, take it apart and redo it.
If it worked before you touched it and now it doesn't, then it's something YOU did wrong.
Hopefully you didn't blow the TSCM.
It sounds like a classic wiring issue from the bar swap. The alarm flash working means the LEDs and their main connections are okay, since the alarm uses the same circuits.
Your problem points directly to the handlebar control switches. When you changed bars, you likely misaligned the switch housings or pinched the wires inside, breaking the connection for the manual signal switch and brake light switch. The dimming when you hit the brake suggests a bad ground or a crossed wire in the front end.
Forget the load equalizers for now. The codes cleared because they fooled the system, but the root cause is physical. You need to open the switch housings and carefully check the wiring, especially at the connectors and where the wires enter the bars. The fault is almost certainly in the handlebar controls you just worked on.
