English is actually compulsory in Israeli schools. From elementary through high school, even mandatory exams in English to enter college.

@jbarr1 said, you can use a mechanical gauge to determine the actual pressure, a 38 year old gauge/sender could be very inaccurate.
It may read 0 when it is hot, but as long as you don`t hear the lifters clattering (loudly) you have sufficient oil pressure.
