Default Fast flashing on 2022 trike

Not sure what’s going on. Not sure when this started but yesterday when we came up the driveway, our home’s outdoor security camera captured our 2022 CVO trike’s turn signals flashing at almost strobe-like speed. Neither turn signal is activated. Four way flashers are not on. With the ignition on and the bike stationary there is no flashing. The fast flashing starts when I start to roll, whether in neutral or not. The turn indicators on the dash are not flashing when this happens. My wife took video of me rolling down an incline. She started with me at a dead stop, bike in neutral, engine idling, no flashing. As soon as I started moving the flashing started. I rolled down to her in neutral and stopped while she continued to video. After ten seconds of dead stop the flashing stopped. Almost like on a timer. Then if I start rolling again the flashing resumes. The trike is stock, 7500 miles, no other previous malfunction.

When not viewing through camera, do the lights flash?

She says yes she sees the flashing when looking at the bike without the camera.

It's the photosrobic effect. Not visible to the naked eye. Video captures images @ 30 frames per second which is faster than the human eye can detect.
Below are some screenshots from a video that illustrate the photosrobic effect. At the 13 second mark, the left signal appears on while the right signal appears off.

At the 14 second mark both signals appear off.

At the 15 second mark, the right signal appears on while the left signal appears off.

She insists she sees the flashing. But we’ll check again later today

We went back out on the driveway. No phone this time. It was the photostrobic affect. Mystery solved. Thank you all, especially barneyboy, for your replies. I was fixn to start taking it apart. Have a great day!!
