did you do the install yourself, or pay a shop to do it? the reason i ask is if you did it yourself i would hope that you checked and measured a few things.....what head gasket thickness did you use, what was your valve to piston clearance? what was your valve to valve clearance @tdc lifts? having this sort of info available while the bike is still running can help you to make decisions about what you have to do later. recording all this type of info during the course of the build is invaluable!!

It's still apart
These are the pieces of puzzle I'm getting at. Hence the persistant ongoing questions. I will not begin to install until I have all the info I need

Something doesn't compute here; 76cc heads and SE hi comp pistons, 257 cams and CCP @ 185psi; not adding up. We need details to help; flying blind at the moment.

To test I removed spark plugScrew in tester
Opent throttle all the way then cranked engine over four or five times

Like I said, that doesn't match up with 185CCP; CCP should be 200+psi with that combination.

Ok...so lots of incoming info...quality info.
Scott, Kirby and others to mention with amazing advice.
Bottom line obviously is what am I looking for

So here goes
id like to see around 100+ HP and 100+ torque

The ideal range especially for the torque would be 2500rpm to 6000rpm

I've decided I'm willing to change my cams to achieve this
im also willing to do some head work, but nothing overboard.

A. What cams yield such outcomes? Or closest too?
B. Exactly what should I do to heads...mind you I'd like to leave the chamber's at 76cc if possible.
C. Can I achieve these #'s at 95ci or do I need to go to 98ci?
