I fully expect my little 114 with cam, manifold, injectors and header to pull near 130hp. Maybe I'm dreaming but the FM website shows they can do it.

I’ll let the tuner dial the AFRs in. The invoice below was work that was done by Dave Dupor. He did cam and injectors. Cam SS475 injectors 5.2

The previous owner did quit a bit to the bike. Dave Dupor custom builder out of Chicago did stereo accessory’s suspension. Then Dave sends all his stuff to J&B cycles in Wisconsin for dyno tuning and bigger builds.

the bike is going back to Jake at J&B for top end and I’m considering doing the crank. Then when Jake is done going back to Dave for 6 more speakers and 2k more watts of stereo. Along with some lighting and I’m adding dirty bird lowers.

As far as the crank goes , I'd check run out on both sides as a health check , my builder didn't want to do his level 1 107 build on my 103 with .005 run out. He had mine trued ,rods resized , and welded for him to do the build. That's just his personal policy not a set in stone rule , anything over .003 he told me he won't build on , your into alot more power than my 107 build so not a bad idea to see where you are.

Huh? AFR doesn't get any better than that. 14.5:1 on a WOT throttle pull? I don't think so. 12.8 - 13.

Nothing wrong with being cautious but at .003 he's not building ANY without doing the crank.

Only read the original post, not the entire thread.

OP has a 131 and is considering a 135 for $8000.... That's when I stopped reading

Update on build

crank was .0065 out so pulled it S&S going in. The longer stroke will make it a 133. I also had the transmission pulled it’s going to Andy Simonso he can do his magic new trap door and shift drum.
I went with evolution clutch.

cry once I guess.

Still undecided if I just go to chain drive.
Also torn on if I should go gear drive or just leave good enough alone.

Goal is 170ish HP & Torque 🤷‍♂️👀

Not sure what your trans guy can do, but If it were mine I'd likely go with a Baker Grudge box.

Your builder appears to be too touchy.. .003" it's nothing...

My last build I did ( the 110") I measured .006"on the pinion and there was no abnormal wear on the cam plate.. I'll be checking run out this winter to see where of it changes any..
