In his original post question. Reading comprehension and retention is a virtue.

My FLHR with 90k I went through the tranny, its not that expensive, if it comes to that. The entire project was probably pushing half the value of the bike, so to some not worth it, but it was to me.
The guy has put a lot of work into this. I'd keep going, and decided before I spent more money.
I stand by what I said, its free to put a meter on this bike. Starter turns over. Why does it not engage when he pushes the button.
But you do not want to help the guy, Stay in POD.
Again reading comprehension and memory retention is a virtue.

Maybe you should apologize for your rant; however, I do not think you are man enough.
The only one muddying up the thread is you with your consistent gibber jabber repeating the same old stuff.
I am sure the OP has your number by now and it is why he is not further engaged in this thread.
If its a super rare or desirable bike - He will and he will sell them with a branded title. He shows photos of before and after with his sales. Most bikes he will just part out for what it is. He wont do a repair on a flood bike for individuals because he cant give an estimate.
You typed..
"this is what happens, turn it on, only engine light comes on, no oil light. hit starter button and nothing. i can jump the starter by putting test light on ground of battery and into the ground of relay and starter will turn."
The oil switch is way down low on some models.
Any chance that nobody looked/tested oil switch and oil switch is stuck?
I thought a bike would not start if it registered as a NO oil situation.
Has anybody tried to read any codes?
