Good idea,but i have $25.000 in it,so thats not going to happen.

They only way i could get my 06 efi to stop.pinging was to retard the timing using a tts master tuner.

Some basic info would help. Year type of bike, any mods, air filter, pipes, mufflers, tuner? If you have made mods without a tuner you are very lean which would enhance the pinging.

I have Singh grooves machined in my heads and I have never experienced any pinging in my motor.

Im sure he wasnt trying to be an a$$ pinging is usually from detonation but as mentioned please give more info about your bike. Your not giving us anything to go on so all you will get is best guesses.
