You do come off a bit butt-hurt, guy. As I said, bike looks nice, and aint' nothing new under the sun. An OCC bike can have "new" stuff, but let's not get into that. We are talking bikes to ride, not art statements for large corporations. And most of that stuff has been done before too.
Scrmnvtwns, I smell a tool and die maker. That's a bit outside of my amateur machining skills. If it takes more than a hack saw, dremel tool, file and a 6" Atlas Clausing lathe, I'm out of my league. And I don't have a press big enough to put the hood in.

I have to find this video of a Swedish guy doing these unique round louvers, something diffrent. But that's probably common too.
The hood I need to do has no frame. It is just a sheet of aluminum I bent mostly with my hands. I'll look up williams lo buck tools. Still don't see how I can get it in a press. I have a 20 ton shop press.
Most stuff that big has to go to a shop with a table set up for doing the large items. Slight crown panels are ok for a press, but things big and round have to be done diffrent ways, the press would destroy high crown panels.
If you bent that by hand, it may have to be annealed before louvering. Aluminum in dead soft condition probably would mush and tear in the press.

Guys have louvered stuff like that by hand, the layout has to be perfect.
There is 2 forums that could assist you.
Metalmeet.com, and I can't remember the other one right now.
There is likely a guy on there in your neck of the woods with a press large enough.

Yeah, I probably need to get motivated on that car again. I built everything you see there except for the nose cone and the scuttle. Frame, body, suspension, roll bar, etc. all from scratch. It's plumbed, has brakes, clutch, fuel system. I just need to wire it and make fenders and a shifter, but I got side tracked.
No, no English Wheel here. I've eyeballed them at HF but not pulled the trigger. The project right now sucking up the time from this one is all fiberglass body, so it wouldn't help me much there either. I just need to get after filling the little holes in the glass and finish sanding the body on that one to get it back on the frame. Cold weather, short days and other things like boom sticks have got in the way. This is the frame I built for that car:

Both cars' frames are 304.
