Lotus'?

 

Yeah. The first is a 7 clone I'm building from scratch. The second is a 70 Europa I bought for my wife that we dragged out of a swamp near Mena, AR. And I have a 74 Europa also that is in line. I have enough automotive projects for the rest of my life, I'm fairly certain.

 

Not to further detail this thread but, Doc, did u ever buyback the Lotus from the insurance company?

 

No. They are lowballing me on the value. I had to hire a lawyer. We had an agreed on price, then they backed out. It's a cluster-f. USAA SUCKS!!!!!!

 

Smells like somebody on the inside saw Lotus and caught interest. My good pal had a mom and pop repair shop and some junkers paid more for Japanese models than others. My sister in law does estate sales specializing in out of state kin that wasn't mom and pops place sold, she has antique dealers for art, for furniture, for etc.....
Nothing on the level anymore, Doc.
