Apparently you didn't read that the gentleman that posted his mileage on his 2003 was in fact a twin cam.

+1 on Harley Forumula Plus. I run it in the primary and tranny on my Evo and my old Ironhead.

I used formula+ until I installed the Barnett +1 clutch pack, Barnett recommended not to use formula+ with their clutch, I didn't question why.

Rotella for the last 2 years and 27k with good results, cheap too.

I drive a 7.3 F250 and it takes a little less than 15 qts for an oil change, so I buy 4 gallons , there's just enough left for the primary, how convenient.

SYN 3 synthetic can be used in all 3 - I have never seen the need to use use synthetic.

At just because I did...... I have had excellent rersults in 1 Shovel, 1 Evo, and 3 TC's

If his friend had it done at the Harley shop I bet he doesn't know for sure either.

FWIW Amsoil says you can use their 20w-50 in all three holes.

I don't recommend it either.

At the recommendation of Harley he used Screaming Eagle Synthetic and did the oil change himself. His bike is a 2000 Ultra Classic.

Of course they recommended their expensive product.

260k, runs just as good as it did when new, I figure I'm about half way,
most trouble free vehicle I ever owned.
