Default 94 fxstc

Hi folks, I've just taken delivery of my first Harley and as it has been stored for a few years I am anticipating having a few jobs to do. First job to pop up is to replace the rubber handlebar bushes with the heavy duty urethane jobbies, does anyone have a torque figure for the two bolts?

I have a 94, I thought I had edited my previous post but inadvertently double-posted.

From what I can tell the book either calls for 25-35 f-lbs or it doesn't have a specified torque.

If you like to do things yourself like the Most of us, i would recommend a factory service manual...

Cheers, I think I'll go for the middle figure of 30ft-lbs.
