I don't need to measure them.
All I have to do is put the longest one in the front exhaust position then the next to longest in the rear exhaust position then the next shortest in the front intake and finally the shortest in the rear intake.
Easy peasy.
The motor has the same cam, lifters, rockers, and I have stock gaskets for the motor so what could have changed?
You don`t know if someone has adjusted a pushrod so that the piston in the lifter is running way out of its running position.
But hey, it`s not my engine so I`ll stop now.

Tex, compare the body of the pushrods, not the total length, most adjustable pushrod sets have two short and two long, the longs go on the exhaust.
I'd readjust them for sure, be aware that S&S could possibly have limiters in the lifters, you'll know that if it the pushrods don't turn after bleed down.
How to remember the color location,

I's easy to figure out the tpi with a caliper. Measure a reference, turn a full turn, measure again. When you know how many thousands make a full turn, you can figure the tpi. My eyes ain't good enough to count threads.

You can use a ruler, just count how many turns the nut takes to travel one inch...
