Default Rotor Selection for Softail

Hey guys
I have been looking around at rotors for my 87 FLST
The rotors that caught my eye were EBC 5-button floating rotors. Ever where I look they only list a front rotor in that style. Ok so I look at EBCs 5-star non floaters, again only listing fronts WTF?

Ok, the reason I was looking at EBC is because I want the narrow band rotors. I'm running Ulitima 4-piston calipers, and they fit up to narrow band rotors better than wide band. The 5-star non floater, or the 5-button floating rotors look ok to me, but I cant understand why in the world they would only make the front ones?

This leads me to ask, what is the difference on the rotors? All I can see is the front has the speedo notch, and the front rotors have 5/16 bolts, and the rear has 3/8 bolts .Front and rear have 2 inch centre and 11.5 OD
On my bike both rotors are 0.200 thick.

I am aware that EBC lists a front and REAR 10 button rotors that fit my bike, but they just look to busy for me. So, is there any reason why I cant order 2- fronts and bolt them on? Or do you guys know of other narrow band rotors from other companys I should look at?

here is what I'm looking at
