I've never seen splines sticking out like that and that is what i suspected, an issue with your input shaft moving out. I'm not an expert but either it's not shimmed right to begin with or there is something else going on... I would call Mark at baker drive train. He really does know his ****. I have his number if you want. Pm me if you want it..

Ok so I with some persistence I was able to get a hold of BDL and it was the guy who does all there tech videos so that's good. He said the spline is supposed to stick out like that, its not out farther than the shoulder on the inner hub. Then as you can see in the pic the washer with spline marks is stepped and that aligns the rear hub to the spline. He said to use lots of red locktight, torque it down and let it set up before I ride, and that should take care of any wobble and vibration. If I still have the vibration then at least I know its not from this. Gonna put it back together tonight and ride tomorrow. Ill check back with results.

Ok so I got home, cleaned everything up and ready to put back together...........and no way! Im obviously wasnt explaining it right to the tech at BDL because theres no way this thing should have that much spline sticking out! If I tighten everything up the thing moves in and out like crazy and didnt move in and out at all before I took it apart only side to side, go figure! Its like im missing something but cant figure out what? Im super frustrated at this point and ready to just shine this thing on for a while.........

Sorry to keep updating so much but.......think I know what the problem is. The splines on my hub are completely toast and I'm really surprised I didn't notice it before now. Hard to get a good shot but they should have a flat area on each spline to match the trans spline, not be pointed. Take a look at these pics and tell me what you think.

What's up with the threads on the sprocket shaft? It might just be the pic but the threads look hammered.

Sorry I missed this bro. It does look like that in the pic but its actually just locktight, I havent cleaned the threads up since I took it apart.
