I would check all motor mounting and the risers on the handlebars topside and bottom mounting bolt underneath.

Do you have a belt drive primary or chain? If you figure it out please post up.

I put brand new poly riser bushings on recently when I did my new bars and indy checked fork bearings, checked out fine.

I've checked all of mine and found no problems. Supposed to get bike back today from the shop so i'll know if tires and bearings helped any.

I have a belt drive. Also I noticed that it happens less with a full tank. Guessing the extra weight keeps it in check.

Or maybe your fuel tank bushings are shot? Just a thought.

I'm on my third set. A hard mounted evo engine on a fatboy chassis will wear them out quick....

Just a quick update.....while the new tires are great and the bike rides much smoother it didn't change anything with my vibration problem. Belt tention seems good and bike is running great. I'm gonna pull the primary apart in the next couple weeks and just check everything including the hub bearing. Ill definitely keep posting up my progress and hopefully a fix for this problem.

Ok so I was able to speak to a tech at BDL and he was very helpful. Told him my problem and that I have some play in the rear hub. He said there should be no play and to pull it and see if there was red locktight on the spline and hub, if not that's a problem. Well there wasn't and adding to it the splines stick out past the hub, not good (see pics). Front hub is the same but there's a spacer/shim and washer that takes care of that (see pics). I made up a couple steel spacers/shims to go on over the clutch hub but don't want to put it back together till I speak with BDL again. I

have the right belt for my setup which is 72 tooth rear 42 tooth front so a 141 tooth 1 5/8 8 mm belt. I'm trying to get son video of everything uploaded to also show a intermittent noise coming from the rear hub and a few other trouble shooting things while I have it apart. Oh btw the splines on trans drive shaft look good and the inner hub looks ok but not completely sure yet as I have nothing to compare it to. I'm supposed to call tech back at BDL but haven't been able to get a hold of him yet. When I do ill post up more info.
