I have a 1996 fxstc. Had Hillside do the cylinder head work this past winter. Also 85 inch big bore kit with 10:5 to 1 flat top wiseco pistons. Adjustable pushrods, big breather, makuni carb, D&D fatcat, s&so ignition module, s&so cases. Dyno at 91hp and 93 to at 5200 rpm. Was thinking some progressive 422 shocks and dna fat spoke wheels. Any other thoughts for power etc ?
Isn't it fast enough? Comes a time when you start sacrificing reliability for power.
Good shocks, brake upgrade and fork improvements will give you more bang for the buck than bling wheels etc.

FWIW, I've laid out something of an approximate plan over the next few years that looks like this:
This Winter: All about the chassis. Thinking about Glide Pro mounts, front and back, upgrading to a 2002+ swingarm using the CCE kit with spherical bushings, CCE Tour Trac upgrade on the forks. Some kind of upgrade to the fork internals, but hard to say what.

Next Winter: Baker DD6!!
Following Winter: Motor. By then I'll probably be at about 50k miles, and I'm hoping to be able to do a proper job on the motor. Get the crank trued, or maybe go to a stroker. Heads, cam, lifters, pistons, ignition. Maybe go to S&S carb, or not. Who knows. I've got time to ponder.
