As mentioned already, it is not as bad as that! If you buy that bike (and quite a few in here would, be sure) your next purchases should be the factory service manual and parts books. Harley factory books are as good as it gets in my experience and with that info beside you it will be possible to identify everything you need to know, plus a lot more. An FXR with a decent 2-into-1 would be close to nirvana.......

Looks like I am back to combing the 'For Sale' ads, could not reach a price with the dealer that we both could live with.

He's not cheap but if he doesn't have it, message him and I'm sure he will find it. Also there is a CVO FXR facebook group as well.

I'm pretty sure the FXR4 has the same pipes as the 2/3 as well.
