What is the stock length of the fork tubes on a 1996 dyna superglide with a 39mm front end? Would it be the same as an fxr or sportster of that era? Plan on going +2 and can only find 86-03 sportster tubes. Yes I used the search function.

 

Ok everyone... I can find 22-1/4, 24-1/4, 26-1/4, and 28-1/4. Are the 22 inch ones -2 and so on. I'm guessing 26-1/4 is +2. I can't find this info anywhere.

 

I think that you are finding out that there isn't a "stock" length for the bikes you have listed. Dyna, FXR and sportsters all had different models within their family using different forks.

Thanks everyone. I'm going to just pull my front end apart so I make sure the tubes I order are +4. I found that site too but he increments I've found are even (22, 24, etc.) Thanks again and I will keep You guys posted as it needs new paint too. The tequila sunrise from a 2011 dodge ram is starting to look bad. Thanks again guys!
