Good morning all, need some advice. I'm rebuilding an 86 FXRP, i'm using a 91 39mm front end. the previous owner of the bike had un ugly springer on it and decided to grind off all the steering stops from the frame. Was wondering if anyone could send me the dimension of the stopper so i can reweld a new one. Thanks

My suggestion is put the bike on a jack then turn the handle bars till you have about 1" of clearance between the forks and the gas tank.
Then you can measure the size of stopper you need.
Then do the same thing on the other side and you should be good.
