Default Leak

Need a little help/advice from some smarter heads. Motor is from a 1993 FLHS with 47k on the motor. Top end refreshed pistons, rings, rocker base's Ultima. S&S rockers, value guides, push rods, lifters and lifter blocks. Runs strong no idle or shifting problems. Replaced the starter a couple hundred miles ago. Problem now is I have noticed a weep of oil collecting near the primary cover drain and the first bolt to the left. Just a light finger coating not enough to drip yet. Its red which is what I use in the primary have a honey color gear oil in the trans and 20/50 in the motor. Seems to be coming from the area in the picture's under the belt pulley. There appears to be what i thought an O ring but looks more like silicone. Is this one of the Inner Primary bolts under the clutch basket? I know they are self sealing. Is this enough to worry about? or wait until it starts to puddle on the floor. Any thoughts would be helpful.

Did you change the starter jackshaft seal when you replaced the starter?

Now that you mention it, I did not replace it. Can I remove the primary cover and replace it with out removing the starter again? Or both needed.. And thaks for your insight.

You have to remove the starter at least.
