My Indy here got me 2 speedo cables from Drag. Neither lasted 50 mi. I had questioned him about the length and he said that's what the catalog showed.
it was just a little of a stretch to hook it up.
After the second one broke he ordered one from Bikers choice. For what ever reason when it came in it was 1 1/2 in longer.
Whatever you order ck the length and a little longer can make the difference on these.
The latter one has been on the bike for 3 yrs and ahh several K miles.

when I had my shovel I could buy a choke cable from the parts store an slide it through the speedo cable housing an use it...I think it was a choke cable...I still have one in the garage I'll check it when I get a chance.
