Speedo Data link cable

For what specifically (bike, speedo manuf)? Maybe I don't understand what the data link cable is... if you have EFI then the cable for the speed sensor should be on the bike. Or, do you mean a cable that will let you reset the mileage?

I've got an 05 Softail Standard that I imported from the States into Canada. The speedo has to be changed to display km/hr. The data link is a cable that updates the new speedo with the current mileage on the bike

I installed a speedo tach combo on the wife's 07 FLSTN. With the VIN Err problems I don't know I wish to part with it. It is a simple little cable that goes from the ECM plug (square four pin I think) to a speedo connection (flat rounded rectangle).
I'll see if I still have the instruction sheet, but if you get the PDF and find the part number you could order it in at a dealer.
If they get how they get with US purchases, remind them you're buying a custom non Harley Davidson speedo.
Did the speedo arrive? If not they may have one in the box.
Tip- plug the speedo into the data port before removing the stock speedo.
I too was changing miles to km/h on her motorcycle.
