Default Dash Lights

My dash is just about dark on my 87' FLHS so i pulled the dash to change bulbs,,,,What # are these,,al they say is 12v3.4w,,,is there a # these bulbs translate too ??Any help appreciated >>

If they come out of the bases take them to a napa auto and they should be able to find them for you.

They really aren't expensive at the dealer and they have them in stock.

Clean the lenses by the way. Over the years dust etc accumulates and blocks some of the light.

They are bone stock auto bulbs, available at any auto parts store - or a H-D dealer. Just take one with you.

That's what I did, and if you use the color LEDs it looks better.

What type or number LED's should one look for?

Depends on what the base on your lamps look like. I used these for my Softail:

These will work if you have the size BA9 round bayonet lamp base. This website has wedge base type lamps as well if you need them.

Your local auto parts store may have LEDs as well as the type you currently have!
