Default replace crankcase seal

I'm trying to remove my old primary crankcase seal... It was so shot I can't get the seal out. All of the rubber that I could see came right off. what do I do now?

Drill 2 small holes 180° apart into the seal.
Screw a couple small screws into the holes but only screw in enough of the screw to get threads all the way through the seal.
Grab the heads of the screws with 2 vice grips and pull.

thanks a ton! anyone know the part number I need to replace? The one JP told me I needed is not it; which helped lead to my confusion.

I'd use a sharp tool to punch a hole rather than drill. Less chance of getting metal chips in the bearing.
