Hello old chap, from across the border! As Texas points out above, you will help us all if you take more care when writing about your problem. If you don't have one I recommend buying the genuine FSM, which has diagnostic guidance for such problems. That should give you some more specific queries to come back here with.
Welcome to the Forum! And yeah, parse out the problem for us old guys...
On an EFI bike, I would imagine there are a few things that would cause the 'no spark'. I am unfortunately, no help, as my bike has a carburetor.
Get the Factory Service Manual (FSM is how we all refer to it). While you're getting that, also get the Factory Parts Manual (FPM), which will help in a number of unexpected ways.
Walk through the diagnostic procedure for the EFI problem. You should be able to sort it out.
On a side note: I had a similar situation with my Ford 5.0L engine (installed in my 76 Jeep CJ5). Started ran fine the first three times after I did the swap. Then nothing. After going through the diagnostic procedure for 'no spark', it turned out to be the magnetic pickup inside the distributor.
