Holy Crap! I've got the same bike, same paint, bought her new in February of 89! I just today changed the plugs and wires and took her out for a spin, still runs great!

Cool.
Post up some pcs if you can, I wont to put this bike back to 100% stock and keep her that way..except for motor.
I have modified/butchered and chopped a few Harleys in 30+ yrs of riding them, so the 94Dyna and this Softail I intend to keep pretty stock.

Morning all.
This is my 2nd evo that I am picking up this Saturday.
I know its hard to tell by the pics I loaded...but can anyone give me a clue as to what the exact paint for 89 should look like?
Photos or links to exact paint would be good, I am looking at fixing this bike up to "as new" showroom condition.

Cheers
Dave.

Hi! You have factory paint already. Tank logo, pinstriping on tanks and fenders, that's the way it came from the factory. The only thing I can see that's missing is the factory sissy bar. Seat looks original, it should have Softail embossed on the side, although I can't tell from the photos.
