Default Swingarm bushing question

Getting ready to buy new bushings for the axle to frame mount. Are all brands pretty much the same or is there a "best" one out there? I see ones with a hole for the pin and ones with a notch too...any preference?

I've used replacement NOS Harley ones and Glide Pro replacements, the stock Harley ones transmit less vibes but allow more side to side movement, the Glide Pro units are definitely firmer, improve handling but do transmit more vibes. I'd go with the stockers if I have to do it again.

You never posted what your bike was. I find it difficult if not impossible to believe that All ***** doesn't have a set of bushings, and/or bearings for your bike. Do your "due diligence' and look into it. Start with your service manual, and look into a Harley parts manual to find the OEM part number and the correct name for the part. That will be half of your battle here...
The aftermarket is full of OEM replacements. Any of them will do really....and there is always OEM

I would just go with OEM. I think it's the cheapest route and works, unless you are upgrading other suspension parts to match.

Thanks...I saw that. It's actually in the signature portion of all his posts. A lot of people have more than one bike. Or are fixing up a second bike.

I went for stock replacements on my '05, they worked for 70k miles, should work just fine for another 70k.
