Well, after a lot of lookin' and cussin' ( and a couple of extremely cold Shiner Bocks in the bottles), found the problem. Instead of testing back-to-front, decided to start at the source. Pulled all ground stud and main circuit breaker wires and battery cables and cleaned up. Then went to ignition switch and tested according to the manual.

2 wires come out hot on ignition setting, both tested hot. Followed both to interconnect harness plug-in. Tested both wires on other side of plug....one had no juice. Plug pin was green. Cleaned all of them, and now have all lights.

I found if u can get access to a quality printer, get that wiring diagram blown up.Makes the job easy.Then just follow the route.
