Does any one know who made this ignition unit can't find a name. I need a wiring digram to wire it

 

It looks like it's a V-Factor Single Fire Ignition module -- 17571.

And it looks like Dennis Kirk sold them, but they appear to be out of stock now:

This instruction manual from Dennis Kirk's website has a wiring diagram, but the pic in the wiring diagram is different than the pic of the module:
